This is Dr. Basil.  I hope you're doing well.

We are accepting new patients, espiecially those of my esteemed colleague, and office mate, Dr. Gerald Silverman, who I will address below.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe. 

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).  We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. 

We look forward to providing you with the highest quality dentistry performed in a safe space.     

To Dr. Silverman's patients:

As you know, Dr. Gerald Silverman has retired after many years of dedicated service to the community. We wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement. You probably know that we made arrangements for me to take over his practice.   

Before he retired, I was practicing dentistry in the same office as Dr. Silverman for 19 years. We share a commitment to providing high-quality, personalized dental care, which is why Dr. Silverman chose to transition his patients to me. He has firsthand familiarity with my work, not only by seeing my outstanding results in other patients, but because he's been my patient for many years himself!

To ensure a smooth transition, I'm pleased to announce that Barbara Feldman, your trusted dental hygienist, will be joining my team. Her familiarity with your dental history and personal needs will make this transition seamless.
